The Girl who went to the stars is a collection of short stories taken from the life of women, who made their place in a world full of men.
These stories are a perfect example of not losing confidence and persevering in the time of hardship. It’s a perfect read for kids, regardless of their gender or rather I should say a perfect book for all age groups.
Written in an engaging narrative, this is an incredible book. Every woman in the book teaches kids an important lesson of compassion and perseverance never losing hope, no matter the struggle and hardships they face.
Kudos to these Authors & illustrators Ishita and Naomi, for this beauty of a book in every sense. Moreover, the authors don’t dawdle or daddle in their story writing, they weave the words in a beautiful bouquet in just one page, with the essence of it intact. Amazing!. And they have researched the concept excellently before putting the book together.
And did I mention the illustrations?…
Well, trust me when I say that the illustrations will take your breath away. They are all so beautiful, full of a story unto itself.
